* ebhttpd is more robust against HTTP request with corrupt header.

* ndtpd no longer support `alias-eiwa', `alias-waei' or `alias-kojien'.
* The defulat configuration file for ndtpd and ebhttpd is `ebnetd.conf',
  not `ndtpd.conf'.
